Welcome to a unique neighborhood which stresses community in everything that exists; from the sidewalks to the parks to the arrangement of lots. Everything has been done for the sole purpose of increasing a sense of community among its residents. The vision for this community is to bridge generation gaps while being positioned in the prime location for all Temple area conveniences.

Who would be interested in living in this community?

Busy Young People who want a safe, gated community with minimal upkeep, yet wish to live in a neighborhood instead of a townhouse or apartment.

Young Families who desire more space between their neighbors, yet do not wish to move outside the city will find the spacious lots in The Manor ideal.

This Neighborhood is composed of 2 distinct, yet interconnected sections.

The first section, The Cottages, features 20 energy-efficient, low-maintenance homes with full landscape services. This section allows the choice of periphery lots located on a hike and bike trail or center lots which share a unique common ground park-like backyard. Cottage owners choose between 6 floorplans to ensure consistent quality, design and appearance.

The second section, The Manor, features 37 large lots (1/3 - 1/2 acre) which border on either Fryer's Creek itself, the Treehouse Park or the Frisbee Golf course. Land owners choose their own builder, however, strict architectural, size, quality and time-to-start boundaries are present.

Many amenities encourage community interaction and high-quality living. Highlights include a large park located on Hidden Villages Drive, Treehouse Park. This one-of-a-kind park features a custom tree house village constructed from hollowed out fallen-down Sycamore trees imported from California. The park also boasts of a soccer field, covered pavilion, sprinkler system, restroom facilities and food preparation areas-all ideal for parties and gatherings.

The second highlight amenity is our 1 mile long paved hike and bike trail along the periphery of the property. Through an outstanding agreement with the City of Temple Parks and Leisure Department, this trail connects to the Frisbee golf course via two secured gates.  This 30+ acre park not only contains nature trails but, will house $4.1 million city-owned family water park in 2009.

Sidewalks are standard throughout the entire neighborhood. The Stone monument, gated, multi-lane entrance to the development is an exciting attraction to welcome you home. Irrigated landscape in all parks and common ground ensure that your living environment stays beautiful and healthy. Wrought iron fences with stone column bordering Hartrick Bluff Drive ensure security.  Energy-effiecient natural gas is standard on all lots.

The Cottages have several unique amenities. These includes two fully landscaped, irrigated common ground areas with paved walking paths connecting to the sidewalk system.  Every lot's landscape is maintained by the HOA.  Nestled in the heart of The Cottages section is a fully equipped club house with kitchen, bath, living and outdoor living areas.  This club house is free for all residents of Hidden Villages to enjoy; i.e. gathering during morning coffee or meeting a friend.  It can also be reserved for parties and larger gatherings.

If you enjoy the seclusion of having your neighborhood surrounded by a large park, abandoned railroad track and babbling creek while being within 2 miles of all of Temple's major conveniences then you should live in Hidden Villages.
